A self-motivated person is someone who is driven to succeed and achieve their goals without the need for external encouragement or incentives. Self-motivated individuals are able to set goals for themselves, work towards those goals, and persevere even when faced with challenges or setbacks.

Self-motivation is an important quality for many areas of life, as it allows individuals to take initiative, set and achieve goals, and take responsibility for their own actions. Self-motivated individuals are often able to achieve success in their personal and professional lives, as they are able to pursue their goals with determination and focus.

There are several strategies that can help individuals develop self-motivation, including setting clear and achievable goals, finding ways to stay motivated, and surrounding oneself with supportive and motivated people. It is also important to identify and address any obstacles or challenges that may be preventing an individual from being self-motivated.

Environment Driven

External encouragement refers to support, encouragement, or motivation that comes from outside of an individual, rather than from within. This can include things like praise or recognition from others, rewards or incentives, or simply having someone else offer words of encouragement or support.

External encouragement can be helpful in certain situations, as it can provide individuals with a sense of validation or recognition for their efforts. It can also serve as a motivator, helping individuals to stay focused and motivated in the face of challenges or setbacks.

However, it is important for individuals to also be able to find internal motivation and to be self-motivated. This means that they are able to set and work towards their own goals without the need for external encouragement or incentives.
